Please submit the contact form and to schedule your Initial Client Consultation. There is a $250 flat fee for the Initial Client Consultation that must be paid prior to your scheduled appointment.

Our staff will email you to confirm an appointment time and provide a link for payment. Any documents to be reviewed must be submitted 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. SCHEDULE AN INITIAL CONSULTATION.

You will meet with an attorney to go over your legal matter, the law and procedures that apply, and strategy on how to handle. The consultation will last approximately 1 hour and the attorney will review up to 15 pages of documents in advance.

2. RECEIVE YOUR ROADMAP AND FORMS.

Following the consultation, you will receive electronic copies of forms needed for your matter, along with a Roadmap with instructions and steps to take to handle your matter. Your Roadmap will also include a fee quote for document preparation services.

3. PREPARE YOUR MATTER.

As a client, you are always welcome to come back for additional services. Our document preparation services are handled by paralegals and are attorney reviewed. These services are based on rates of $125-250 per hour. You decide how much time to use and budget that works for you.
